The second tip is to properly floss your teeth. This means you need to use a flossing product that is easy to use to clean the spaces between your teeth at least once a day. As you floss, try to remove as much plaque and bacteria from the area as possible. This can help you prevent tooth decay and gum disease. Also, please remember to be careful as you floss along the gums.

The third tip is to have a healthy and balanced diet. Little did you know, there are many foods and drinks that threaten to wear down and damage your tooth enamel, even create cavities! So, it’s best to avoid these foods and drinks, which are sugary and acidic products, and have more tooth-healthy foods and drinks, like fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and water.
